The Phillies prospects are pretty overrated right now, and despite rumours being dead, I'm sure the leaked talks with Boston, and Texas are putting more pressure on teams to step up.

Boston, Texas and Philadelphia are the teams most heavily in pursuit of Halladay. Out of the 3, I'd much rather have the Rangers prospects, but not a big fan of Happ coming to the AL East.

I guess we'll just have to see the results over the next 2 days. Really wish we had a GM with better trading experience handling these trades. If Halladay gets traded, the dominoes start to fall. Scutaro, Rolen could net some good prospects as well. I'm just not high on JP's track record.

2:14pm: Sean McAdam of the Boston Herald reports that the Red Sox are focused on their talks with the Blue Jays. However, Ryan Westmoreland and Casey Kelly are "off-limits" and the Red Sox want to keep Daniel Bard.

So who exactly are they willing to part with? lol

**** the Red Sox or anyone else that thinks you can get the best pitcher in baseball without giving up ANY elite prospects. Just hearing the words "untouchable" or "off limits" in a trade for Halladay makes me sick to my stomach. Looking at all these ridiculous offers, i would much rather take the compensation picks and a chance(however low it may be) to contend with Doc
