His strength will be great for the likes of Paulina Pierce and smaller PFs, but Ron has struggled with the quicker SFs the past couple years, and packing on more muscle (even tho he's still lean as hell) isn't going to help. Hope Ron can stay light on his feet.

Seriously dude is ripped. Exactly what we need against Melo, Lebron and Pierce. Heck he could even body up the likes of Nowitzki.

If you notice he is toned now, so basically what he has done is take his mass/fat and made it a lot leaner, its a lot easier for athletes or body builders to do that, since its harder for a skinny person to gain weight, but its a lot easier for a overweight or a heavier person to turn his fat inot mass.

For people that are questioning his size. He isnt getting any bigger than what he was, he is what we call in working out "Tonning down" Or "Cleaning up". In reality he will be much quicker and faster than what he was last year cause he isnt carrying around all that fat on his body.

Also by trimming down and turning his fat into leaner muscle, its very obvious that he will be a lot stronger than he was before. I think he looks good and its very obvious he is getting ready for the up and coming season.

he's not that big. He's just lean, which makes you look bigger than you really are. He's definitely not on roids.

I think you misunderstood me, maybe because I brought up "Fat". Im sorry.
In other words he wasnt fat he just took the fat tissues in his body and leaned out, which makes him look bigger since now you can actually see his leaner side of his body. In other words his is good to go, he isnt building mass he's simply getting more toned.

Also Lebron is 6.8 at 250 pounds while Artest is 6.7 at 260 pounds, so technically Artest is bigger in Mass but Lebron looks bigger since he is more leaner and defined. But I wouldnt be surprise if Artest weights around 250 or 245 now since he is seriously toned down and he looks much leaner than before.

Also Lebron is what, I think 24/25 while Artest is 30 years old, so Artest has hit his peak in his body naturally using its metabolisim and its own reproduction so its harder for Artest to lose weight while Lebron is still growing his body out and his body isnt full matured yet until he hits around 29/30 years old.
So Lebron isnt going to have a hard time building mass and muscle while Artest has to work his rear off to stay in shape and stay lean and toned. SO thats a good sign that he is actually taking care of his body and he knows what he has to do to keep up with the young guns.

Ya plus its offseason and most ballers train for strenght in the offseason so they can be in shape come preseason instead of playing pickup games which might cause a physical injury or riding a scotter like Monte Ellis . You have to give him props though since at least he's doing something to improve himself and his game.

It's got to be a positive that he is working out. He is working hard bottom line. He should be working on perfecting the 3. I hope he works on his legs as much as his upper body. Maybe he can add an a couple inches on his verticle.
