I'll take Michael Cooper with this pick, and Penny Hardaway with the next one (don't have time to start a new topic for it, sorry)

Re: All Time Draft - Round 6 (TMACFORMVP on the clock)
With our 6th round selection, the Houston Rockets are pleased to select. . .

Dennis Johnson!!
The man Larry Bird called the greatest teammate he's ever played with, or the only PG to have made Magic Johnson have to dribble with his back to the defender with the pressure DJ applied on his opponents. One of the best defensive combo guards to have ever played the game, a big game performer, as evidenced by the Finals MVP, and numerous championships with both the Boston Celtics and Seattle Supersonics. He's not what anyone would call a shooter, certainly not, but that didn't mean he couldn't shoot, he possessed a deadly mid-range shot (as he consistently knocked down off the defensive double teams on Larry Bird), and had a nice corner pocket three pointer. His defensive versatility, chemistry with newly acquired Bird, and ability to be a game-changer on both ends of the floor makes him a value pick that we couldn't pass up on despite him possibly not being a starter for this team. The greatest compliment you can give is someone is a "winner," and DJ is the true epitome of that.

Re: All-Time Draft: Rounds 1-5
Outsiders opinion so far for "steals" of the round:
2- Bob Pettit (g.o.a.t PF lasts to late 2nd, great snag)
3- Elgin Baylor (scoring machine should've gone earlier, nice pickup here)
4- Bob Cousy (in what messed up universe does 'can't win a playoff series' TMac go before the HOF winningest PG ever?)
5- Elvin Hayes (top 25 all time player lasts to 5th- wow, good recognition to grab Big E)

Re: All Time Draft - Round 6 (TMACFORMVP on the clock)
I apologise for losing my internet for 2 days and Ill try to push the draft more. We had a monsoon storm that knocked out power and killed half my trees.
I will select Chris Mullin

One of the most underrated SFs of all time. The 2nd leading scorer of the Dream Team and one of the best pure shooters and underratted steals artists.

Boy, this was a tough pick. I had a lot of names on my list that got to me this time. I guess I'll take Adrian Dantley. Can't complain about 30/6/4 from a SF who shot over 57% from the field.
I brings the ruckus to the ladies!

Re: All Time Draft - Round 6 (vct33 on the clock)
TOUGH PICK FOR ME TOO.
I am confident too that I'll get my other guy the next round.
So the Booz Boozers proudly selects....

ALLEN IVERSON! To pair up with CP3 for a flashy backcourt.
I also fell that CP3 can dish the ball consistently in a well manner, while A.I emerges to be my go to scorer, and Dominique there to rock the rim all day, Karl Malone to be my low post threat, and finally, Bill Russell as my defensive oriented C to protect the paint. Seems well balanced.

Just like vct33 and Booz, this was a very tough pick for The Titans but we proudly select C Yao Ming to provide defensive and offensive assistance to Barkley and/or Duncan when needed off the bench. Yao Ming will be represented from the years 2005-06 / 2006-07 / 2007-08

Selecting for BlackIce, they are pleased to select . . .

Alvin Robertson
Defense from both G position, a good scorer and all around player to boot.

Re: All Time Draft - Round 6 (BlackIce on the clock)

Dale Ellis.
I needed a greater scorer/shooter and Ellis was a great catch and shoot guy with fantastic efficiency. He'll most likely be starting at the 2 and will be looked at to be our major perimeter threat.

Re: All Time Draft - Round 6 (Johnson on the clock)
Selecting for snakebites, they are pleased to select. . . .

Bob Lanier!!
The best big man left on the board, great scorer, very good defender, and big time rebounder. One of the most underlooked C's to have ever played the game, finished twice in the Top 5 of MVP voting, in which many call the greatest era for a C of all time.
AND, with their SECOND pick, they are pleased to select. . .

Dave Bing!!
An awesome palyer in the backcourt, great passer and scorer, good shooter, and not a liability on the defensive end. Also finished in the Top 5 of MVP voting twice, and made the All-NBA First team twice during his career.

Mark Price
Great shooter, terrific passer, and a crucial cog to those underrated Cleveland teams in the late 80's and early 90's. Informed be will be using peak years from 91-92, to 93-94. Too lazy to post them:
