People seem pretty confided in a guy who is 1-5 in his last 6 fights.

If Silva loses this, it's probably over anyway. He hasn't tasted back to back victories since 2006. He's now just a marquee name to add to your belt if you're a young fighter. Still, I hope Bisping gets knocked out for good measure.

I want nothing more than to see Bisping KOed on a weekly basis, but it seems like people are forgetting that Wandy has been garbage for like 3 years now.

Personally I just don't think Bisping is that good. Wandy hasn't been good for a while, but Bisping looked pretty much like trash against Hendo, where as Wandy looked some what competitive against Franklin.

Wandy isn't the same, but the last thing I want to see is Bisping win and get some delusions of grandeur because he "conquers the pride superstar", because lets face it, he'd be like that.

Bisping looked like trash because he had nowhere to take the fight. Hendo was a better striker and wrestler. Wandy though, is not a better wrestler and Bisping will try to take the fight to the ground and win on the cards.

Not quite what I meant, taking it a bit to literally. What I am saying is that while Wandy has dropped, Bisping isn't that good either. We'll see what happens, but I just think for the sake of my sanity, Bisping can't win, because if he does, like I say, he'll suffer delusions of grandeur. He might be able to out point Wandy, but it'll be a hard fight for him, not just an easy lay and pray, because in reality he isn't that much above, if at all, Silva to make it an easy fight if you see my meaning.

What i mean is that fighters tend to look bad when they realize they have no way to win a fight. Remember when Diego fought Koscheck and he looked awful when he saw that he couldn't outstrike Josh. Same thing here, Bisping will look a lot better against Wandy because he knows he holds an advantage.

Fair point. But I do think we'll see two pretty distinctly average fighters out there, one that is clearly on the downward swing of his career, and the other on the level plateau of the prime of his career lol.

Even though I am from England, I really REALLY dislike Bisping.

I think bisping is better and will outclass Silva if he avoids the big punch. Bisping is a good, but not great 195 pounder IMO.

My sentiments exactly. If he beats Silva (even if he's at the tail end of his career already), we'll never hear the end of it.

Man, im getting sick of the UFC shoving Bisping down our throats, this guy just isnt that good. The UFC just continues to try and give Bisping favourable matchups. Henderson is a wrestler with terrible striking and good power and he still embarassed Bisping.

Wand is done and Bisping isnt that good. And who really knows what happens on the feet if it stays there, Bisping cant take a punch and neither fighter can crack. On the ground, name me one top calibre fighter Bisping has outgrappled? Seriously? Wand aint great on the ground but I dont think he will get there because Bispings takedowns are mediocre at best.

I stopped reading after this sig worthy part...

"Henderson is a wrestler with terrible striking"

This is just wrong.

They aren't really forcing him down anybody's throat. I don't like the guy, and certainly don't think he's a "top tier" fighter like he thinks he is, but you gotta have some middle of the road guys anyway. I think about the most questionable thing was the main event he did, and that's not that uncommon to see those sort of main events. The fight vs Hendo was a natural fight to have just because of the show.
