WILL WE HAVE MORE TITLES THEN BOSTON??

In these upcoming 4-5 years will we have more titles then the celtics??? I honestly believe that if the lakers can remain healthy for the most part, we will have more titles then the celtics. Who agrees?

U don't think a healthy: Kobe, Gasol, Bynum, Artest, Odom we could win a couple of championships?? Even our youngest players off the bench now have finals expirence.

The Celtics have maybe 2 more seasons with their big three maybe 1 more depending on how this coming season goes after that I see the Celtics going into rebuilding mode now it won't be as bad as the 16 yrs after Bird but they will out of the playoffs. And While Rondo is great I don't see him leading teams to championships. While the Lakers do have Bynum they can more easily build a contending team around him if he lives up to his potential. So the Lakers can surpass the Celtics in championships and they will if the Celtics fall apart after the big 3 like they did after Bird.

He's not saying we can't. It just takes a LOT of factors to win 3 championships in a row and you're speculating about winning 3 more in the next few years.

Even with a stacked roster you just don't know. Just ask Boston how one injury can kill your chance at repeating.

i think the Lakers are the team now and the future. We have a 3-5 dominant window. C's are in there last year imo.

Next year Ray and Pierce will be way to old to handle Ron and Kobe next year. This year they can be competitive but in the end can't keep up imo. Next year Allen will be what 35? It'll be Rando's C's vs Kobe's lakers.

My bad they won't even make it to that after next year. No way Rando takes them past Howard and Lebron. No way.

Lakers
Magic
Cavs
Blazers
Nuggs

They are all here and the future. C's have a shorter window. Possible I should put Raptors on that list? They are looking good now.

And I don't think we need Phil but we would be wise to keep a Phil protege if there is a strong enough one. We need Phil now and for about 2 years. i think after that after seeing first hand how Phil helps Ron Kobe will be able to do it and Kobe will basically be our coach no matter what. i think Phil lets Kobe be a player/caoch half the time anyway.

people might think this is nuts but I think he became the best player in the league at making people better because not only does he make plays and do all the pg stuff Kobe makes you work hard and improve your game. Fancy passes and easy layups don't do that.

i agree no doubt where going to have a 3-peat. thats gonna put us both at 17-17 and i know kobe will get us the edge of making it 18-17 for us.

I agree with you 100%, with the lakers getting ron ron plus signing lamar odom back, I don't see to many teams dealing with us out there. Not only do we have a lot of talant, we have a lot of youth and championship experience. To me portland is the only team and the west that has almost equal talant then we have, but they have no experience. As far as the east it's boston, but they are getting old and the window is closing quickly. I don't see nobody stopping us from winning the championship for aleast the next 4 to 5 years but ourselves.
