Anyone is title to their opinions to support their own team.

The Spurs are a great team because they have defense.

I am not sure really how Shaq and Lebron will play during crunch time. This team
does not look like a great defensive team but could be by adding pieces the problem
is Shaq has mileage. Lebron I wish to see in LA. Players that make great passes are
great to watch.

Orlando has great defensive player in Howard and I m sure after the loss they will
play better defense but don't see them their yet.

The best Defensive Teams are
Boston
LAL
San Antonio

Considering all are healthy one of them should win. This is a key factor in how odds
are made the top three defensive teams with great offensive players should win.

I like my team to win but anyone can win I think of the top 5 team.

I say I like our chances at beating the Lakers, and I stick by it. What's wrong with having confidence in the team you support?

haaaaaa haaaaaaaa LMAO..............
So you went on one thread and pulled out 5 posts that are basically saying its going to be hard to beat the Lakers, Yet your leaving 30 threads on G.B as well as other boards including our board that most of your posters are claiming the Spurs not onlyy to win the west but the chip next year,
But lets look at your posts in general.

We can win with what we've got - if healthy. I have no doubts about that

, but I think if healthy we have enough pieces to win it all. We've won the chip with less before.
.

These are two posts in one, but we can clearly see that you werent one of those fans!!!! BRAHH

You didn't think the Magic deserve to be on that list for best defensive teams? The Magic were one of the best defensive teams last year. Does the Carter addition make their defense worse?

Well, if you read my original post - actually read it - you'd see that I was defending the thread in question. The one on the Spurs board that I conveniently linked to.

And I stand by what I said, but thanks for posting it here. I have no doubts that we can beat you and fear your team no more than the Celtics or Cavs or Magic.

How about them apples, Mang?

What are you talking about back peddling? You guys think you have already repeated. What I was saying is the Lakers have a good squad...so does Orlando, Cleveland, and Boston. But the spurs can take anyone of those squads and I pointed out why. LA doesn't scare me any more than Boston or Cleveland. Its going to be a race to the top. If you are Laker fan you should like your chances just like the Cav fans, Celtics fans, and Magic fans to. In the end the Spurs will be the last team standing!

I think Howard is a great defensive player. The Magic are not a great defensive team yet. They are young. The Coach does not have the experience. Maybe by year end they might be. But with Jameer, Carter and Lewis I see these 3 as offensive players and not in the Category with the top 3.

The Magic had the League's top defensive rating this year.
Remember when Kobe elbowed Jameer in the chin so hard Jameer was knocked down and sent skidding across the floor?
Pepperidge Farm remembers.*

I've been claiming a beat down of James and O'Neal from the moment Shaq's big ass was traded to Cleveland. Although, it would be my dream scenario to see a team led by Bryant knock off two birds with one stone at once for all the marbles, Cleveland's got some serious work to do before they can even think about coming out of the east.
