There is Buss X 2, Anschutz, Mitch, Lester and many other people that contribute to " Decisions" of the franchise. The only person who would have financial influence and "power" other than Buss would be Anschutz.

The Lakers are a family business not a corporation. You don't have rogue owners making " power moves" regardless of it's Magic's 5% or Anschutz's 35%.
