I have just moved and been suns fan for yearss but i have moved and my fav player joined (james harden). so can i join your wagon

I'm a Raptor fan first and foremost, but I have been loving the job the Thunder have been doing the last few years. Getting Thabo was pretty underrated, and I'm hoping after another year of building the young core, they go after some solid veterans next season to seriously compete. Durant looks like a stud, he's the kind of player that's easy to build around with all the talent at PF these days. I can see him as a top 5-10 player in the league this year!!!

Another new signee here. I've been reading these forums for a few months and thought I'd join. I, like the OP, was also a Suns fan and I still am to some extent. But being an OKC native it's kind of hard not to pull for the Thunder as well. I went to several Thunder games last season and while my Suns were getting worse over the season the Thunder made strides to get better. Growing up in this city, we of course didn't have any "pro" teams so I followed the Suns when I was a kid just getting into the game. It's great to finally have a team in town as I never thought this day would come, but I don't exactly agree with the way we got the team. No matter, what's done is done and now that they're here, they're going to get my full support. I am more excited for this upcoming season than I have been for any NBA season in a long time, even when the Suns were making their playoff runs under D'Antoni's run-and-gun system.

The organization under Presti has exceeded what I thought was even possible and makes me think moving the Sonics here was indeed not as bad of a move as most people thought it would be. I can't wait to see the renovations to the Ford Center and am wishing success on a bright Thunder future. We can do quite a lot this season to make that next step.

Welcome to the boards CDub. With a GM like Presti, the Thunder have nowhere to go but up. Just give some time to get things situated and take it from there.

Im a Celtics fan and i love durants game. After a good amount of time thinking we were getting either him or oden I watched him a lot and I really like what you guys have going, hopefully everyone stays together and doesn't leave for a bigger market. Unless Durant wants to come to Boston :lol:

I've been on the bandwagon since early last season, 'cause of Durant. I barely missed a Thunder game, thanks to League Pass. I'm a Raptors fan first and foremost, but it was hard rooting against the Thunder twice last year.

Yeah! Sadly, this is kind of the dead part of the year. Hopefully as the season starts back up a lot of interest will be generated and we'll see a ton more activity and good discussion around here.

I love that a team moved to OKC..living in kansas makes it hard to see any pro games live. Now, its only a 2 hr drive :p
Will definitely be behind them until Kansas gets its own team (so for a looooong time)

gosh ive been a basketball fan for years. i was a bulls fan from 93-98 then a lakers fan since.( and not im not a bandwagon fan, i was a MJ and Kobe fan, even in the bad years). but always lived in OKC, I hated durant in college being an OU fan but had to respect his game.. no way thinking that in 2 years he would be the poster boy for my home town team. its so different watching and searching for news bout your team, cuz its not just a team u follow or like, but a team that represents your home, that prety awesome for me. so im glad to see so many fans of the thunder. hope to keep up with u guys plenty a this seasons starts.

I would also like to join the Bandwagon. But the lack of telivised thunder games in Canada, and the lack of activity on this message board will prob make it hard. Either way I wish you the best of luck.
