Post#1 » by jwa1107 » Wed Oct 3, 2007 7:16 pm

first DAL beats CHI and Rex Grossman gets benched for the next game
then DAL beast STL and Bulger has been benched in favor of Frerotte for at least a week or 2

take note Trent Edwards!
take note Tom Brady!

Grossman should have been benched awhile back.

Bulger will return to his starting positon soon enough.

Yea Bulger is really because of injuries, both his and the OLines. Ive never had broken ribs but ive heard its hard to breathe with those. I cant imagine going out and getting nailed right on those by 240-300 something pound guys for a few hours. Its even worse with not having your good lineman there to give you a bit more of a break from that.

As for Grossman, Jdoo nailed it, that scrub should have benched long ago.

Probably seeing as Losman is recovering and there was even an outside chance of him coming back this week. Seems very likely he'll be replaced too. In addition they have a bye next week as well.

That's kid of a funny stat. More coincidence than anything, but wierdness like that often pervades over a season.

I wonder how many games the Pats would win with Matt Cassell?
