Yea, it's sort of complicated. I have a company phone and there was something about having to have them upgraded. My phone is supposed to work until I activate the new one... and I guess I could just never activate it? Just a bummer, I'm a loyal palmer.

Walt, I suppose you could wait it out if you're THAT attached to your treo. Verizon is notorious for delaying phone releases but they should be close to dropping the Pre (I'd wait it out if at all possible because the Pre has received some great reviews).
