Yea, everyone has their own strategy. I didn't intend on taking either of them but I never thought either would slip as far as they did so to me I had no choice. I guess everyone values players differently. Jeff Carter no doubt is awesome. I do think you are underrating Hiller very much, he's an awesome goalie on a really good up and coming team. Just my 2 cents.

last i checked, all of these rules were agreed upon before the draft had started and now have been broken.

i demand repercussions.

I'm just curious why the keeper rules are so Nazi in this league. In the others we dont have set numbers per position we can keep.

I would rather keep another forward than some crappy D, but I'm guessing Nick wrote the rules. Stop failing Nick. If he didn't then I have no complaints.

Anyways, not asking for a rule change, just wondering why it's done this way.

I completely agree with Larry (and if you find my first post in this thread, you'd see that I already highlighted this point). Having rules on which players you can keep is nazi and it takes away from peoples abilities to structure their teams the way they'd like. It's probably too late for a rule change but I'd be down for opening it up, and I'd also like to add more keepers if at all possible.
