I was thinking the same thing but it looks like there is no mod in the Spurs forum.

The Spur's big three, have been resting this whole offseason, being healthy, I can see them winning a title. As for the Lakers, I predict they won't get to the NBA finals again.

1. Lakers
2. Spurs
3. Blazers
4. Mavericks
5. Nuggets
6. Jazz
7. Hornets
8. Suns

They got Odom back and replaced Ariza with Artest and Bynum should be better next season... Don't know. As much as i hate Lakers i think they have a good chance of repeating.... If there is a coach capable of having someone like Artest under control that is Jackson...

We don't need to prove a thing. We are champions, you are a bunch of chokers.

and as i previously said, the Spurs won +65% of the games for the last 11 seasons.

Last season, all stars were injured and the Spurs still managed to reach expectations.

Spurs have to prove ****, Popovich has to prove ****, Duncan has to prove ****. I could go on and on.

Lakers is a beast. I thought we had a very good chance on beating the lakers if Odom didn't come back. But with Odom there, I think the Lakers win in 5 or 6 againts the Spurs. I personally feel like we're a level below the Lakers. No team is in the Lakers' level right now IMO.

I'm a Lakers fan and I think its funny how this guy comes onto your board and tries to tell you guys hat you're ranked so low. The list is a joke and no its not because the Lakers aren't first.

Yet with that logic you put the mighty Nuggets ahead of the Lakers?

And the one-playoff-win Jazz at #3?

Dude, you don't make any sense.

1. Lakers
2. Nuggets
3. Spurs
4. Blazers
5. Mavericks
6. Jazz
7. Hornets
8. Suns

With Parkers injury and no telling if it lingers Spurs could possibly slip to fourth place. The mavericks are a dangerous team and it can potetnailly tip the scale in their favor. As suppose bad the OP post is some of the responsive ranks have been worse.

Alymero wrote:#1. Denver Nuggets (they were only a couple inbound balls away from taking out the eventual champs, so you have to assume they learned their lesson and will back stronger this season)

#2. L.A. Lakers (if Odom bolts for Miami they are #2...#1 if he stays simply because he makes their bench so overwhelming)

#3. Jazz (probably the most well rounded fundamental team out there)

#4. Mavericks (They have been quietly building an impressive team under the radar with the addition of Shawn Marion, which should be a real boost to Dirk's confidence level having a true second option.)

#5. Blazers (This season looks to be their real breakout year with a veteran like Andre Miller quarterbacking the team)

#6. Spurs (one of the oldest teams in the league went on a talent binge this off-season, but too many questions surround just how they can make it all work.)

#7. Hornets (The financially strapped Hornets haven't done anything to put themselves into the top tier.)

#8. Suns (Sheding Shaq from the roster puts the Suns back in a run-and-gun mode, yet past experiences have proven you can only go so far with that strategy.)

I really hate this guy. Did he post the same thing on the other 7 boards? If not then he's 100% trolling.
