This is off topic, but perhaps a pertinent place to ask this. How much is Andersen making in the first year of his contract. I know the amount and years and that it's backloaded, but not the dispersion by year.

3.7 million is what has been reported but I believe that is the base with incentives on top of that if he reaches them.

3.7 seems right, it is what I was going to type and I am not sure about incentives either, I think it is more like an annual raise type deal, but I know there were some incentives that went with it.
