Lakers
I would take Denver before San Antonio, who usually coast the first half of the season

this poll fails without Minnesota.
Catchall:The Bucks traded him for Monta Ellis and did well in that trade. If they can move Biedrins and Jefferson without losing much more than Barnes and another pick, I will be genuinely impressed.Iguodala is a short-sighted contract. Overrated player.

This poll would fail hard WITH Minnesota. We don't belong in a play-off discussion this year.

Wasn't expecting this to be that much of a blowout.

I think San Antonio or Dallas has a good chance to get the #1 seed. Also a reason I think San Antonio would want the #1 seed is to avoid Dallas who they probably hate playing now.
You're joking, right?
Dallas this year may be better than their 2007 team that won 67 games.
Lol. not a chance. Dallas is being severely overrated right about now. I give them 0.5% chance of them even getting to 60

Lakers should get it barring injury, Spurs will be resting Duncan on B2Bs, and possibly Ginobili too.

More people voted for Golden State than Portland, that's whats funny. I voted the Lakers because of obvious reasons. Until proven otherwise they are the best team in the NBA.

You don't think Dallas is better now than in 2006? Hell they had Adrian Griffin as their SG then.

Lakers. I wanted to say Spurs, I really did, but Artest is such an upgrade defensively over Ariza that it is hard to ignore that the '10 Lakers are better than the team that won 65 games and the title.

Re: Western Conference: #1 seed (1 of 8)
the answer is the lakers, but only because the spurs havnt been proven healthy lately, all things conisdered, sa is the better team talent wise. parker, manu, timmy, and rj are better then kobe, gasol, odom, and artest. parker duncan and manu are all top 5 in the league at their respective postions. if this spurs team could stay healthy, they could push 70 wins. but i will take la right now. oh, and im a mavs fan, no way they win more games then in 06, but if healthy they can push 58-60

sure with 35 yr old point guard who just got paid and a 31 year old small forward who heavily depends on athleticism...
no thanks
