Not sure if anyone has any specific/credible information on NBA ownership requirements, but I was wondering if anything would preclude an NBA team to be owned by the public, or residents of a city...e.g. Green Bay Packers: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Green_Bay_ ... ic_company
