Pau Gasol intends to play with Spain in the European championships despite recently having surgery on his broken middle finger.
The injury is only expected to keep Pau out for three weeks, leaving him plenty of time to get ready for the Lakers' training camp in early October.

He won't play trough the injury, he'll play when the injury is healed.
