MN/NO/LAL

LAL/NO – Ammo 5.26M for MoPete 6.00M

NO/MN – Ammo 5.26M NO 1st 2010 for Atkins 3.48/Bobby Brown 736K

NO acquires Atkins contract to get under lux threshold.
LAL moves Ammo for a much more useful veteran wing player.
MN acquires another future asset. Ammo takes over cheerleader duties.

edit - I forgot about the 60 day rule on Blount. I had to redo it and simple take out Marky Mark.

I'd rather dump Songaila than trade Blount (who I believe is being waived immediately) even if it means not getting a pick back.

I think we could do more with almost $5 mil extra cap space than we could with a pick that I'm going to pall park estimate at about the 22nd slot or so.

Songalia is a useful player. I think we will be able to move him to a contender for an expiring closer to the trade deadline.

Lakers wouldn't do this. They add more than a million dollars in salary when doubled for the lux and MoPete isn't even much better than Ammo at this point.

Yeah, MoPete has really trailed off the last couple years.
