Any portion of a waived/bought-out player's salary that was guaranteed counts towards cap and Lux Tax.(White and Dorsey are not guaranteed,so they could be waived w/nothing counting towards cap/Lux Tax. Not likely,but...)

Thanks for clearing that up for me. It's good to know we are championship contender now to baldness (insert smiley face because I don't know how). I thought the Von Wafer fro-hawk was going to do it for us, I was really looking forward to a Yao Ming fro-hawk.
