This was more or less how I saw it after week one.
Now I'm starting to think we need all the defensive front seven and OL we can hoard.
I think I'm fine with three RBs and stashing someone on the PS. I don't care if it's Wynn, Sutton or Lumpkin. It's a position with a lot of similar talent around the NFL and I think we can keep at least one in the organization.
I know it's unlikely, but it would be great to get a fullback on the PS as well and only keep one on the 53. I like Hall, but if it's him or a fringe OLB, OT or OLB he's got to go.
I'd keep Harris or Heck before Martin, and I like Martin. But the fact is he's all but gone after this offseason so if you like either of the two young guys I'd be good with keeping them around provided they're willing to cover on special teams.
I'd rather have Moll or Wells before Preston.
I have no idea what to do about Harrell. IR I guess.
Obiozor and Jones have had their moments. Maybe one could get stashed on the PS but I'd like to keep both around.
Underwood should make the 53.
So if I were making changes to the 53 above
Out:
Wynn
Hall
Martin
Preston
Harrell
In:
Heckendorf (Sentimental choice. More likely Harris and stash Heck)
Wells
Moll
Jones (hope like hell Obiozor makes it to the squad)
Underwood
