as per Bastian twitter.
About time. Give him a FT role until the seasons conclusion, move Lind back to DH. Nothing to lose anyway.

Bautista outplays his contract by more than $70 million over the next four seasons (2013-2016).

Very happy to see him back...I knew him not playing last night in AAA must've meant a callup.
Hope he finishes the year out strong.

Re: Trav is back, Inglett sent down
Happy to see Snider back in the bigs as we could use his bat for sure. He has been destroying AAA this season. It is debatable whether we should have ever sent him down in the first place. I am, however, a little sad for Inglett. This guy has battled his entire career for playing time and he was actually starting to turn a corner. He had knocked his averaged up about 30 points in the last little while and he deserves to be in the majors.
One can only hop the next GM will find a place for this giuy on our bench replacing the Batistas and Millars as he is a very servicable backup that can play multiple positions. I like the way he plays the game and deserves a better fate. He and Accardo have been treated very unfairly this season by JP.

So they call up Snider hours after blowing signing day. Shameless PR move and jeopardizes his service time with respect to Super Two status.

Various places had between August 17th - 20th as his Super Two Freedom Day. I can't imagine that they are that stupid, given the lengths they've gone to to avoid spending money.

**** your asterisk.
