Predict minutes for Kings players

To be honest, I'm not too sure of a definite projection of the minutes/rotation for the Kings. That is partly due to being still very early in the offseason, so we can't make an accurate assessments of the team structure.

People have Evans playing 30+ minutes, even though Westphal has clearly said nothing is definite on that position. Beno can still start. (but in my opinion, Evans will overtake Beno for the starting job within the year. Probably as early as the first month in the season) Also, people has Jon Brockman on the roster. I'm pretty sure the Kings didn't signed him just yet. Also barring other signings or transactions, it is still unpredictable to project.

Well, that is my opinion on this issue.

Well, he isn't "doomed" in minutes in my opinion. I can see him play much more minutes if we decided to place Evans at the point guard spot permanently. Which I think will come pretty soon into the season.

And you never know, Rodriguez can be a potential trading chip for us. Probably a trade deadline deal along with Thomas? You never know.

The point is I would not say it is a wasted $2 million in cap space because that is premature to say at this stage of the season (well off season).

I don't know, I mean, the guy was basically traded with a high second rounder for a bit higher of a 2nd rounder. What kind of value could the guy possibly have? If he gets a chance to play he could attain some value, I think he has some talent and could easily produce Beno Udrih level numbers if given the same amount of time.

Do you some of you really believe may is gonna play 20-24 mpg? Don't know if its just me but i find that amusing and very doubtful.

3rd big as far as I can tell, if Westphal likes to play big he could easily see 30+ a game. If he's healthy I see him easily challenging for minutes at the 4, if not :GASP!: challenging for that starting spot! Yes, I just said it, and it's true.

No chance he challenges for a starting spot, hes garbage. If he can somehow miraculously all of a sudden stay healthy, he'll get back up minutes at the 4 by default. Nothing to do with his skill or lack thereof, it's just because our bench is that bad.

Well, he does has some value though. IMO he has value just above "filler". A simple incentive if you will. Can he accumulate more value? Absolutely. And I believe that he can produce very well when given a chance.

I have no idea how many minutes each player is going to get with a new coach. Still, I suspect that the fewer assists Tyreke Evans gets, the more minutes we see Garcia at the 3.
