When he's out there with mostly bench players I imagine we will let him go to work. He's our best offensive creator on the bench and should eat up second line bigs.

That perhaps is true. Also, with fewer minutes, he's less likely to get fatigued.

When Wallace was in Portland, he looked like a guy who could be one of the more dominate post players in the league. Somewhere along the way he lost the desire to be that guy. I think he still has it in him and I'd love to see some of it.
