Nice find iamworthy! i liked the 2nd video. i would think it improves his lateral quickness right? if so, that's good because Ron Ron has gotten leaner and hopefully the 2nd vid is proof that he'll be even quicker! I like how he keeps his fans updated on his progress!!!

T-Money im to the point that people are just making up stuff up to make the season more interesting. Artest wants to be here, He's playing with the best overall player in the league, and hes playing with the best coach....oh and the best second option.

i am really glad to see this. He still looks bigger and not as lean as Lebron more size but he looks fantastic. My worries are over and the muscle.

The season hasn't even started yet and he is already tied for my 2nd favorite player with Gasol.

Tony you seemed to be smart on working out, did the 2nd workout he did would that help speed and jumping because if he worked on that and got that back he could have his best season yet with Kobe and Phil and teammates.

I concur Worthy, guys here on the boards of other teams are poppin their chops because the reality of it is they're scared. Guys keep citing stuff about him that happened 4 years ago, they fail to realize that Ron want's to be here and management wanted him here. Guys are worried because while they only tote a Big 3 or whatever, we're bangin with a 4 man Uzi.

These guys know their teams are about to be shredded to unidentifiable remains.

Like I said before, "you don't see me stressing."

I know he'll give the effort, and I can live with those results.

I've been sleeping better since the Gasol trade and I enjoyed the championship.

Haven't been getting good sleep recently so I might have to pick up a hobby.

I always did like basketball and I'm looking forward to watching more Laker games this season.

The only thing that disapoints me a little is Kobe and Ron have not hung out yet or worked out yet that I know of. I would have thought Kobe would have taken Ron under his wing and basically started over like he was a rookie to show him how exactly to be.
