So last year, when all of the new jerseys dropped, people were talking about how every team seemed to be adopting the same jersey style as the Mavs. i.e V-neck and side stripes

As a joke, I made that jersey in like 10 minutes, and posted it to RealGM. (The idea being that the celtics would never overhaul their jersey that much.) I never thought that it were turn up here a year later.... OP how did you find it?

These comments were pretty enjoyable though, and I'm surprised that people find it such a convincing design. What I did was swapped the blue of the Mavs for our green, and took a regular home KG jersey and pasted the text over the Mavs stuff.

I actually think the Green and Black ones are pretty good. Those posted by the OP however are pretty terrible. Maybe as a replica or a kids jersey, but not for the NBA game, please.

I'm a Celtics purist and am usually against any changes to the formula (cheerleaders, new uniforms, new arena, etc). But I love the black/green jerseys. And the St. Patty's one. As long as they look tasteful and they don't use them too often, I'm for them. No new ones though.

i can see it. doesn't seem like it'd be an alternate jersey, just something the fans could wear around. it looks more comfortable than just a straight jersey

and for the record, st pattys & green/black uniforms are dope. especially the st pattys ones
