I am in a keeper .5 PPR money league with 16 teams and I was just offered this trade:
He gives:
Brandon Jacobs
Reggie Wayne
Draft Pick (6th round, but we are able to keep up to all of our starters giving up a draft pick for everyone kept... works out to be 20th overall with not much talent left)
I give:
Darren Mcfadden
Calvin Johnson
The rest of my team:
Phillip Rivers
Matt Forte
Roy E Williams
Greg Olson
Should I do it? I hate giving up Johnson, but I think Jacobs and Wayne could help me win this year.

Wow. You keep as many as you want? Sure makes for an un-interesting draft, which is the most fun time of fantasy, ICLO.
Cliff Levingston is high on McFadden, so he'd pass on that deal.

Re: Trade Help
I would stand pat as well. McFadden has the value as a keeper and Calvin is a stud.
Bottom line, it being PPR and a keeper with the draft pick not having much value is the selling point for me. Standard scoring 1 year league I would accept.

Didn't really contemplate that the first time around. Jacobs doesn't give you much at all in the passing game, so Cliff Levingston would definitely pass.

McFadden is going to be a beast this year in a ppr league. You could possibly be giving up the two best players in the deal. Not only that, Calvin and McFadden have youth on their side. Neither has reached the pinnacle of their career. With McFadden, Forte, and Johnson, you'll be sitting pretty for a long time. Not even close, don't do it.

Re: Trade Help
not a fan of McFadden but i wouldn't do the deal. wouldn't be smart to give up calvin (even if your getting wanye back) and mcfadden will be good in the future

Re: Trade Help
Calvin Johnson is going to be the new Randy Moss, maybe better. He will beast this year and make you sorry you ever did this trade.
Jacobs is always injurede and rarely catches the ball out of the backfield and will never line up wide.
McFadden is all potential, but you have to figure he'll at least realize some of it.
On the other hand, I would try to get Wayne without giving up CJ. He had an off year last year and still put up solid #'s and I fully expect a double digit TD, 1200+ yard, 90+ catch season and he has a good 3 years left at this type of level, in my opinio.
