Bynum over Al Jefferson?
of course. we need defense a lot more than inefficient high volume offense.

The rankings are fairly accurate. The top 6 are definitely accruate. Everything after that may be interchangeable. Not too sure about Bargnani being in the top 10. But lets not forget as much as we love Bynum he is yet to play a full season at a high level and has not really done anything in the NBA yet. The rankings aren't based on potential its based on the top right now.

bynum has put up a top 20 PER in the league each of the last two regular seasons, a total of 85 games. thats elite play for over a season's worth of games.

al jefferson and amare are not centers
EDIT: i guess they count the PFs and centers too so nvm
dont compare him to them
once Bynum gets confidence again, again, then he'll be fine
and DONT play Bynum against Memphis! ever! sounds dumb but...why risk it

If Drew can get things for himself again while being healthy for the entire season he could very well be a top 5 maybe even a top 3 position player.

First off when I saw who wrote the article, I knew it would be full of errors. Here they are :
7. Emeka Okafor, New Orleans : Him at 7 ? Are you kidding me, just last week Wire Tap ran a story on how league execs said he hadn't developed his game since his rookie year. And Bynum toyed with this guy when they met.
9. Nene, Denver : What did we miss in the playoffs that this fool saw ? Another rag doll Drew had moments against.
Then he says this about Bynum," has a decade of prominence at his fingertips if he can ever get out of his own way." WTF ? you mean if his teammates can stay out his way. Another ill informed fool that can't realize Bynum has yet to injure himself on his own accord.

Nice. Lets hope we can get a solid season out of him this year. I seriously have high hopes for him this up and coming season.

Are you kidding? Have you watched the guy? One of the few true Cs in the league, really nice post game, can hit a midrange shot, boards well and blocks well and just a rook.
I think Bynum can and will be better then Brook, but as of right this moment Brook is better. They are both similar but Brook is less athletic but a bit more polished at the moment. That kid will be a damn good center for the next 5-6 years.

I find it funny how Kwame was under consideration. For top 20?
Granted his 1on1 defense was above avg, but offense and team D was crap...

I hope Bynum steps up this year... I can't blieve how little love Chandler and Gasol got on this as they are both solid...

Really don't sleep on Bargnani, he could move up.
