I heard he came in this summer 10 lbs lighter. It's possible to lose weight while adding muscle. He'd have to reduce body fat percentage to do it though.

Hes leaner thats for sure. He lowered his BF% for sure!
Is it to much to ask for a team that plays hard and cares? Seems so.

Yeah its tough to tell but im more impressed with him spending positive time around the kids. Josh gets a lot of negative pub but the good deeds go unnoticed. Big ups Smooth!

I saw him 2 days ago and I don't think he is bigger, in fact he may be a little leaner... He looks like he is in good shape though....
