I do not understand how you guys think this makes the Beasley deal even more of a possibility. The Jazz front office will never bring in a low character guy even if he is extremely talented. You think the fan base would actually accept him with his drug abuse problems along with probably tons of other problems? He would get destroyed here by the fans. No chance the Beasley deal happens, not in a million years after this.

Don't underestimate the loss of LHM for the Jazz as far as picking up guys with lower character.

He got rid of Dee Brown because he thought he was a low character guy. My guess is the standards changed a bit after LHM died.

I still might do a Boozer for Beasey trade because Beasley would be a animal in the jazz system with Williams. If Beasley is just a pot head then that would be a easier addition to overcome then Cocaine or even alcohal. Just because someone is addited to a substance does not make them a evil person.I would trade for Beasley if it a pot addition but say away from him if its meth or cocaine.
