We suck without a real bat in the lineup right now. I would be happy if we at least had Bengie in the lineup. Currently in the bottom 6th and we are making Cole Hamels look like a Cy Young Award winner.

On a brighter note: Sanchez owns Ryan Howard!

Sanchez pitching a great game too.

On the bright side, the Mets are up 2-0 in the top of the first. We kind of lucked out as the Mets got Wright back tonight.

If some of our players learned how to take some pitches, we might have had a shot at winning that game. Hamels got a CG with 118 pitches. I'm sure we could have tied it up with Lidge at the mound. Easy to say now, but very possible had they taken more pitches.

Oh well, our first look at Brad Penny in a Giants uniform tomorrow. Should be interesting.

Go Mets!

Tell me about it. It took 25 outs before we got our first walk.

I think Penny gets rocked tommorow. Just a feeling.

He is coming of 13 days of rest. Maybe he might just pull it off.

Though, in my honest opinion... yeah. He gets rocked.

Penny just had a 9 pitch at-bat against Happ. Hopefully it rubs off on the rest of the team!

It all makes sense! He wanted out of the AL because they wouldn't let him hit! So he savors the moment with a 9 pitch at-bat!

They finally gave him a run!

Let's get Happ up to 100 pitches this inning.

This can't be the Giants I know. It's the new Buster Posey theme!

There's your 100 pitches Stanford.

Miguel Cairo?! I didn't know he still played ball! I thought our pinch hitters sucked.

Why would Bochy put Lewis in for Ishikawa?? I don't want to hear anyone mention Melonhead and the manager of the year award in the same sentence again.

Please don't tell me you've heard people actually mention Bochy for manager of the year... I'd like to have more faith in humanity.
