You say some things in press releases/interviews, and you talk about other things within the organization. I've said this time and again, if you are an NBA player, just like if you have any other type of job, your communication with the public with regards to your job needs to represent the values your team (employer) wants conveyed to the fans (customers). Every player who goes out there and starts talking some mumbo jumbo, I don't care if they say they want to leave or they think their team won't make a good enough offer, that's just unprofessional.
My comment was in response to the following: "who are 50/50 on staying with their teams. Either you are 100% or you want out." "If you're 50/50". "Telling the world you are 50/50"
He is implying that Amare himself is 50/50 on staying. Amare never said that. he said he thinks there is a 50/50 chance he will be back. amare has always said he wants to come back to phx period.
Im not saying Amare always says things in the most diplomatic way. I'm just saying that it is unfair and inaccurate to say amare wants out or 50% wants out or is only 50% committed.
