Around the NFL

Post#1 » by SportsWorld » Sun Sep 13, 2009 5:16 pm

Thought I'd make a thread where we can discuss other games around the NFL.

Browns up 3-0 early against Minnesota. Minnesota looked very unimpressive on their first drive.

Steve Slaton:
6 carries for 1 yard

As I said in the other thread, Slaton is better than Forte?

I don't think he got robbed. It was a good call. If anything, I thought the pass interference was dicey because Braylon seemed to initiate the contact.

Watching this game and hearing "Favre this and Favre that" every two seconds is really aggravating though.

Brett Favre has been very unimpressive thus far. Actually, this is what I expected from him. Adrian Peterson looks very good though as does Percy Harvin.

I'm really enjoying the free week 1 of Sunday Ticket.. you can input your fantasy team into the TV and get alerts when your players make plays. I won't drop the money to purchase it with being able to watch all the Bears games locally, however.

Brett Favor hasn't looked that good.

Him and his WR's look like they aren't on the same page.

Don't underestimate the importance of Training Camp

One game SW, one game.
By the end of the season he'll have another 1000 yards notched in his belt, don't worry.
