hmmmmm

SportsWorld wrote:Cutler sucked yesterday but a lot of it had to do with the offensive line playing like **** in the 1st half. The offensive line was much better in the 2nd half and Cutler's results improved. Also, receivers were dropping passes or not completing routes.

Turner sucked. All the Bears were doing in the 1st half was airing the ball out and not establishing a run game.

The last post seems at odds with the opening page. :-?

Cutler stunk pretty much. He needs a Shanahan at least or somebody highly competant that he respects to get him under control. Not that Shanahan was able get him to be that perfect with his decision making, but we're talking about a young kid with lots of moxie. See a young Brett Farve throwing interceptions as well.
Hes fine in the right circumstance. More than fine. Under the Bears coaching staff however, he's gonna be a wild bull in a china shop without a good system of coaching and leadership gravitas to coral his wild oats that matches his superior talents. Expect some drama between Cutler and Turner as the year goes on.

Lots of things went wrong with the QB which hav been discussed, another one of which he could have just been too amped up. Another thing, was he a little more chunky than he usually would be just from getting a year older? I'm wondering how in shape the guy is from looking at his body. For some reason he didn't look as heavy in the presason.

The first two were sarcasm. Obviously all 3 will happen in 1 point in time. In fact, the Cubs have won 2 World Series already (1907, 1908) And Jay Cutler>>>>Kyle Orton it's not even close. It's funny how people are freaking out (not here) that Kyle Orton threw a fluke TD pass and Cutler had 1 bad game.

I'm too darn lazy to search the old threads when we discussed this but I believe Cutler's weight can fluctuate a bit due to the diabetes. He looked heavy after the trade in the press conference but looked pretty darn athletic in the preseason, especially when he had to scramble for yards. Can't say I noticed either way last night as a factor.

There is nothing going on with Jays weight that white just makes him look fat lol

To be honest he just wasnt ready for Bears vs Packers @ GB but most players are not .He thought going into KC or SD was big and was just shell shocked along with several other offensive players . He will be fine but we really are gonna need some major philosophical changes in the way we do certain things at years end.
Got a Gold Name Plate that says "I wish you would"
