Clearly Mr. Hard Line Negotiator Sarver "exhausted all trade options" with Pavlo if he is picked up HOURS AFTER HIS RELEASE

Well the Wolves only spent 1.5mil to get him, so I'm sure nobody would take over his horrendous contract.

it chuckles me up to see all the whining about trading this guy. It was never going to happen. Like we were going to give another team the cost cutting benefits of waiving him ?? Haha. Just to get a
$5 million big man that actually costs us 10 ?? HAHAHA Doesn't make ANY sense at all. This is one 'money move' that I applaud.

Next up.... mid season FA signing

I would've liked to see him stay since he'd be our only perimeter defender. Unless Dragic can somehow man up a play D our 4 main gaurds are Nash, Rich, LB anb Dragic... Yikes! :noway:

I have a quick questions concerning the Pavs siging with the Wolves.

Since he signed a 1.5 mi contract with the Wolves, does that also come off the Suns book? I thought I heard somewhere in the past that if they are to sign with another team, the amount they sign for comes off the team that they were cut from.... Someone please?

Good point - I remember reading something along those lines. Details, I don't got.

Another fail from the front office. Anything to save a buck; I wish $arver would just sell the team.

really, he should just give the suns franchise away. to someone with a lot of money who is looking to get rid of cash quickly by spending over the cap every year regardless of whether or not the team is a contender.

thats what i think

it's not surprising he signed somewhere else that quickly; they;'d found a home for him but in order for us to let him go, he had to knock some money of his buyout. The FO, considering what they were aiming for, did a good job - they saved e than they were expected to.

The downside is that we all see number and $$$ amounts and imagine them turning into bodies for the team ... and that ain't happening

The buyout is done, but he hasn't been waived yet.

Holy GOD.

Diesel, I can't tell if you're doing it to annoy people or what. There's ZERO chance the trade gets undone and Shaq comes back to PHX...it's unreal your lack of faith in the media etc

I thought a buyout and being waived are two different things? He's been bought out, not waived

Who knows, maybe the WHOLE trade gets undone and we get Trix back as well and Shaq goes back to Miami.
