FG%:Average
FT%:Elite:
3PTM:Elite
PTS,:Above average
REB:Above average
AST:Weak
ST,:Below average
BLK:Above average
TO:Above average

I think you can trade Crawford for a big man who rebounds/blocks shots(Hawes or Perkins+an upgrade over Speights) That will make you plenty competitive in fg%. IMO you can tank assists/steals and without them you will be only missing Crawford's 3's which you have already plenty. So trading Crawford will help you in fg% and turnovers and adding a big in return will solidfy your rebounds and blocks(not to mention fg% since bigs have usually a very good fg%) Plus adding that extra big man is vital for you since KG has huge questionmarks,Sheed can show a significant decline,Z has very questionable value and Bynum has some questionmarks as well. And if any one of them goes down(KG/Z/Sheed) or declines(Sheed/Z) and you suddently become below average in rebounds/blocks. I dont think Speights can pick it up.

So try to trade Crawford+Speights(and/or Hughes too since he is notorious fg% killer and his assists/steals you wont need if you tank those two cats) for a couple of bigs who can provide you solid rebounds/blocks/fg% without killing your ft%(so not making lots of free throw attempts per game even if their ft% rate sucks) could be very beneficial.Hence my recommendation is to target guys like Hawes-Perkins-Andersen-Kaman-T.Chandler-Noah-M.Gasol-Bogut.
