Should I drop Mendenhall?
Leon Washington is available. So is Mike Bell and that other kid from the Jets. And Jamal Charles. Should I give up on the Hall and pick one of those guys up?
First the federal government borrowed money; then gave the money to Bank of America; then I borrowed some of that money from Bank of America and gave it to the federal government; then the federal government gave the money back to Bank of America.

I don't get the "Drop Mendenhall" bandwagon right now. Nobody who drafted him expected the guy to be a week one start, did they? As I see it, Mendenhall took a boost yesterday because it was clear to all that Parker has lost more than a step or two. Pittsburg will have no choice but to give this guy some extended time in the very near future. Why not hold him until then?

Yeah but that offensive line was terrible and when he got his carries, he didn't exactly run well. I decided to drop New England defense instead and pick up Leon Washington. He just got waived for freaking Tennessee rookie WR who had a decent game last night.

After his week 1 performance, I don't think anyone else would be picking him up. Just keep an eye out if Parker gets hurt or if Mendenhall starts doing well and you can snatch him back up.

Leon WASHINGTON should not be a FA, it's that simple.

The funny part is, is who says that it doesn't wind up as Mewelde Moore getting the nod if Parker goes down...

That's true. About the only thing that's saving Mendenhall about now is his status as a #1 pick a couple years ago. He definitely need to step up his game.

Dropped him for Buckhalter... keeping an eye on M. Moore though.
