Before we get the league open for this year we need consensus on rules/formats. What's the status of all the rule questions that came up in June?

I think it's the same as last season, and then next season we're switching to 5 keepers, no?

I'm fine with keeping 5 this year and going to a worst to best draft order from that point. So that'd give me the last pick. I'll concede that if we keep 5, rather than 4.
