One of the reasons he alleged to return to spain was that his family didn't get used to living in Memphis (though the final decision was taken because he didn't get offers that make it worthy staying in the NBA since he still had to pay 3 or 4 million $ to Barça for breaking his contract the year before), of course LA is not Memphis and playing in a championship contender is very different to do it in a rebuilding team but still. He signed for 5 years with Barcelona last summer, if i'm not mistalen, and it's highly unlikely that the club just let him walkaway once again without paying the whole buyout of his current contract, which i asume is not cheap.

He is committed to Europe now this season and probably UNLESS GASOL goes to bat for the Lakers... Euro for life
Lakers are 22-3 in OT last 6 seasons:Kobe best OT closer!
