OT- Delonte West arrested on weapons charges

Well if suffering from serious depression and taking medication for a bi-polar disorder makes him an idiot then i guess you're right. Could of had an episode, the guy has serious issues, it was made public last year. As for the incident, he is probably just gonna get probation/community service or something. He was released without having to pay bail so that says a lot right there.

I've had depression. It sucks. I'm not running around Desperado style though.

Bipolar sufferers can do things under the influence of mania that they normally wouldn't do.. but this doesn't seem like a mental health or impulsivity issue- Delonte didn't hold up a KFC..lots of non-bipolar people carry guns, legally or illegally

It seems more like a 'worldview' issue- someone's been watching Scarface a few too many times and thinks he's got a target on his back

Yeah isolated I wouldn't chalk this up to mental health. But we know he got mental help for what I believe was a biopolar disorder and now he was caught carrying guns. This is a dangerous combo - legal or not. People love to claim that people kill people not guns. But guns can make a momentary idea an instant easily achieved reality..
