Lets go through them one by one. I am using hoopshype as my source: http://hoopshype.com/salaries/sacramento.htm
Player Salary(millions) Comments
Kevin Martin: 10 Not too bad for the highest paid player. He could go for 30 most nights when healthy.
Kenny Thomas 8.5 Expiring, good locker room presence. He'll be lucky to get the vet minimum next year.
Andres Nocioni 7.5 His contract declines over the next three years, tough role player to bring in off the bench.
Beno Udih 6 At least the magoofs didn't give him 80 million like their last pg. Beno is still overpaid.
Fran Garcia 6 Jury is still out on this kid, i think he is too skinny to play defense against sg's in the nba.
Tyreke Evans 3.5 Rookie contract scale - he looked really good in summer league games.
Everybody else are scrubs.

Re: Current Kings salaries
Jason and Spencer aren't scrubs. They're young. Big difference. The same is true, to a lesser extent for Greene and Casspi. You can't expect too much out of young/inexperienced players.
And Cisco is easily the best defender on the team right now IMO.

You may be the most inaccurate poster on this board. Just thought you should know.

T.KNIGHT is a poser i mean poster lol !
that seems to never make any sense this joker i believe posts to do nothing more than to upset people
I agree with KIE that this joker should be blocked or suspended everyone is entitled to opinions but when its clear that someone trolls or goes out of the way to stir the pot so to speak then something needs to be done .
Hopefully a mod will step up here & at the very least give this T.knight joker a warning !
I have never seen anything positive or constructive ever from T.KNIGHT !

Re: Current Kings salaries
The only player on the current roster who is overpaid is Beno Udrih. My record on him is pretty well established. I didn't like the contract when it was signed (about a million too much per year and too long) and my mind has not changed.
Although Kenny Thomas has not been worth the money he's been paid since he's been in Sacramento, his contract ceased being an albatross this year as soon as it turned into a $9M expiring deal. For once he actually has value!
Everyone else has a fair contract as either a building block role player or a movable asset. To that end, I really think Martin should be shopped this year to see if he can net a young star performer that this team desperately needs going forward...a deal in the mold of a Mitch Richmond for Chris Weber type of deal. Make it happen Geoff!

This space needs to be filled with a new sig...but I'm too lazy to make one.

Guys, come on. Let's avoid personal comments. If you don't like what a poster is saying, either politely disagree or don't say anything. There' no reason to attack anybody.

Re: Current Kings salaries
Hoopshype numbers are bit off. They are somewhat accurate but not right though. Use the Sac Bee's numbers (they are the most accurate than any source out there).
And your notion of everyone are scrubs i.e. Thompson/Hawes is laughable.

I'm getting a little irritated about this guy. I thought that obvious mischief to rile people up was dealt with swiftly and completely in the past here. I have already called for his ouster. No w let's do something. It is painfully obvious that he is just trolling to tick people off - especially the more volatile respondents. I do not care at this point if he IS a King's fan and is just not happy with the direction of the team. He needs to go back under the rock that he crawled out from.

Uh...if you take a look under his name you might notice the "Waived" title. The dude has been gone since Friday.

Not to mention, OG, that if you are having problems with him, or in general, you can contact the mods privately. Please avoid bringing things like this up in threads in the future.
