Clippers gets disrespected on nba.com

I am really pissed about it. I mean, come on, everyone knows that the Clippers aren't a team with good history, but I think it's very disrespecful from C-Webb. Especially at the end, when it comes to the 6th man. What about Sam Cassell, he is a great guy.

Wow, The Way C-Webb (I was getting paid in JR.High) was dissing the Clips was strange. This is a former player who took a STUPID Time-Out in a Championship game b/c he choked under pressure. Is this the same guy that has 3 less Championship Rings than Sam Cassell? Would C-WEBB make anyone's TOP 5 List?
Nice Jacket C-WeBB, is that a Patio tent you are wearing: it looks way too big on you! Obviously, I am missing something with C-Webb's "on-camera" personality, never got him before, I get him even less now. Good luck w/ the T,V. career, I hope I don't need to watch you.

After watching that I have to say F*** C Webb. He was clowning the Clippers the whole time. It wasn't even funny when he mentioned Keith Closs as our best center. I have no idea why Sam Cassell wasn't mentioned and how could everyone that helped the Clippers lose be the 6th man. That's the last time I ever listen to C Webb
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

Alright, I thought this was gonna be a situation where people were overreacting, but dang! Disrespectful indeed... You'd think a former NBA player, or someone affiliated with the NBA would have a little more respect for a team than that. I'd expect it from a comedian or an actor, but Webber is clearly neither. This is insulting.

Eh, I didn't think it was that bad, except for the fact that he was a little disrespectful to other players in the NBA "fraternity". Just as a note, C Webb did do that nice piece with Rodney Rodgers last season that I liked. I have one question though: why does it always look like his suits are too big for him?

In all honesty, hearing things like that actually make me like the team even more. I truly enjoy being the team that no one expects to do well.

As for C-Webb, I was never a fan to begin with. From the time-out called in the Championship Game, to choking every single time in the playoffs, to releasing his shoe line with DADA? Hahaha. Dude has no respect from me. Remember that t-shirt that had "CHOKER" on the back instead of his last name that one year when they were playing the Lakes in the playoffs. I almost died from laughter.

I haven't watched and don't plan to. I'm not surprised, because it's easy to diss the Clippers and get a laugh. It's actually too easy. If he's going to be serious about the other teams, then he should be serious about the Clippers and other successfully challenged teams or just not do one for us at all.

I liked C-Webb as a player in Sacto but he's really starting to wear out his welcome on TV. The guy is an arrogant SOB for somebody who didn't win didn't win squat and is one of the biggest chokers in basketball history. His biggest accomplishment in the NBA playoffs was setting a pick for Mike Bibby. That's about it. How he has any right to trash other NBA players is beyond me. NBA TV took a nose dive in terms of quality when they had Webber, Gary Payton and Ahmad Rashad host pre-game/half time shows. They are the most annoying, unprofessional trio ever.
