The bottom line still remains the same your team wasn't willing to put their money where their mouth was. By trading Joe Johnson, Shawn Marion, Kurt Thomas, Quientin Richardson, and Draft picks and for what to stay under the cap...lol the front office was never willing to go in a winning direction they just want to make the playoffs, but over time fans get tired of just making the playoff and not winning a title. The Suns did this to themselves and nobody to blame but themselves.

2004-2005 Suns

SF:Richardson/McCarty/
PF:Marion/Outlaw/Shirley
C:Stoudemire/Hunter/Voskuhl
SG:Johnson/Jackson
PG:Nash/Barbosa

they could've let Jackson, Hunter, Voskuhl, Shirley, McCarty, and Outlaw.
2005-2006
Shawn Marion
Boris Diaw
Raja Bell
Steve Nash
Leandro Barbosa
James Jones
Eddie House
Kurt Thomas
Tim Thomas
Jim Jackson
Pat Burke
Brian Grant
Nikoloz Tskitishvili
Amare Stoudemire
Dijon Thompson
Andre Barrett
Sharrod Ford
Josh Davis

Yeah I think we kind of figured that out over the past 5 years...

I am always confident at the beginning of the season. Then after, say, 30 games, I go into panic mode.

LOL, but I feel if the Suns stay under the same offence that they are built for then they'll have a good season

Get this, Dragic is better than any back-up Nash has ever had in Phoenix.

Let that sink in...

Anyone of Nash, Barbosa, Richardson or Stoudemire could average 20 ppg if they wanted to. Stoudemire will barring injury.

Let that sink in...

We have a fun, young and hard-working bench in Dragic, Dudley, Clark, Amundson and Lopez.

Let that sink in... seriously...

We have a players-coach who knows SSOL better than D'antoni did (in the sense that he will play his bench/rookies)

Let that sink in...

We have two of the classiest guys in terms of leadership and locker-room presence in both Nash and Hill. If anyone can motivate these guys it's the two storied veterans who accepted less money to stay in the valley of the Sun.

Let that sink in...

We have a great season to look forward to. Let's not think about the post-season yet, it doesn't matter. You take it one game at a time, leave it all on the court, and if you're not playing playoff ball at least you knew you gave it everything.

I think this team will give it everything.

I think most will be surprised.
