I went ahead and made a league strictly for fans located outside of North America. The draft date is subject to change, and any other suggestions about making the league more friendly for international fans would be welcome. I'm thinking about something with the waivers/free agents and/or roster freezes. If I do that, it may not be a requirement to exclude NA managers. Once training camp starts we are going to unsticky this thread so be sure to promote promote promote to make sure every league gets filled.

After that you can use this thread for league announcements and trash talking.
