They have PHX at I think a reasonably fair #10. the only team in the West I might contend we are likely still better than is POR. Overall it's an interesting read.

That's looks pretty accurate, though i'd put CLE, BOS and SAS ahead of Orlando

+1. Don't wanna take away from how good a team Orlando is, but they got to the finals with a lot of luck and good match ups. Sixer's could've pulled off a Mavs/Warriors style win, KG didn't play and Cavs had no one to guard D12.
#10 is fair and optimistic. I would've been OK with #10 - #14.

Yeah 10 seems a little on the high side, but still think its ok I would have put the suns behind Utah though.
