Chad Henne looks lost. Ginn looks depressed.....Tony Sporono is still yelling......All the breaks we got last year are going the other way this year.

What kind of on side kick is that? It went 6 yards LOL......

This Team has no play makers! None! Maybe Sean Smith/Vonte Davis.....

Saw the last quarter of the game, but again we were in it till the end, yet our offense was NO where to be found.

Henne looked lost, and that was expected. But, Ginn -- WTH?!?!?!

A pass RIGHT in his chest, and he drops it. :banghead:

I don't care what anyone says next year, this team NEEDS a WR, a playmaking one at that, and a QB, unless Henne is the man.

nobody sh*t on Henne yet.

Ginn sucks my nards, though.

This team is lost. Everything that went right last year isn't this year.

^last year we won with smoke and mirrors and an easy schedule.

this year not so much.

Henne needs to get #1 reps in practice this week and take over the reigns ASAP to see if we have a QB or not.

Ginn is such a ****ing pussy, please check if this man has a sack of testicles or not.

And chill out on the Henne hate already. He had zero time to prepare and was thrown into the game with like 5 minutes to get ready for it mentally. Let's hold off judgement till he actually knows he's starting heading into the game.

Looking at our schedule though, ugh. This looks like a 4-12 season.

well, if we're going to take a step backward, let's make it a big one, this is going to be a big draft with a record # of juniors coming out because they are afraid the new CBA is going to impose a rookie cap for 2010

on top of that, there finally are some 3-4-style DT candidates like Suh and McCoy

our defense seems alright. it's our offense that has nothing!

How serious was Chad's injury?

Wait you're joking right? Our defense isn't 'alright' at all.

JT and Peezy are old and will need to be replaced, our secondary (besides Sean Smith) is pretty terrible, and two of our linebackers in Crowder/Ayodele have looked like crap this year.

the game was within reach with 12 mins left to go in the 4th, that's a credit to our d. u cant expect them to shut out every time they take the field for a series w/o any help from the other side.

I'm starting to think we are in trouble. Don't know if Henne is a bonafide QB in this league, especially with the success I've seen other young QB's have. It almost seems like nowadays you come in and you either get it or you don't, players are not mentally strong enough to learn from adversity. It seems like instead they start to develop bad habits and lose their confidence on the field. Granted, I have not seen a large sample size of Henne at all, but from what I saw today, he doesn't "get it."

I pray that he can make me eat crow, because obviously QB is the most important position on the field, and we haven't had an elite one in years.

Well then I can make the exact same argument for week 2. The offense did everything they possibly could and we lost because the defense got raped in the ass by Peyton Manning whenever he felt like it.

I think you should read this blog post: Cant Post another sites link here--GT3

I'm not arguing that our offense doesn't have it's problems but to say our defense is just fine is ridiculous.

I'd love to draft spikes from Florida to help out in those positions

We should of traded our second round pick for Bolden/Marshall when we had a chance. Even if they wanted the 4th also(Tuner) for Marshall.

Pat White/Patrick Turner for Brandon Marshall looks great right about now!
Pat White/Turner for Bolden!

Aaron Rodgers sat for years, Phillip Rivers sat, Carson Palmer (a #1 pick and Heisman trophy winner sat for a year), Tony Romo was a practice squad player, Kurt Warner's story... I don't think you can say good ones necessarily are good from moment one or they are a lost cause.

I really think we need to start Henne all year

We are a good team, we just don't have enough PLAYMAKERS

Pennington is the epitome of our team. solid, but not spectacular. We need more spectacular players

No you're right, but I feel like lately that is the trend. I was definitely a little harsh due to frustration after a loss, but I just hope Henne doesn't see the success of a Matt Ryan or a Mark Sanchez and feel like he's not living up to his potential.

I wrote that before CP was out for the season, now we really get to see what this kid is made of.
