Ties to shady politicians, it's been touched on but not addressed fully in the media. Anyway, like I said before, we got Worldwide Wes at training camp and that's a much bigger deal in my eyes than a Rocnation chain. Read up on Wes, he's the reason Bron switched agents and he's kind of an NBA urban legend with his connections to so many superstars.

If Lebron does indeed go to Brooklyn/NJ we should not panic!

Joe Johnson and Amare to MSG with the base we have now would be sick! Lebron is a great player. But, the Nets are going to get players too. This will bring the NBA back to NY! Imagine 4 possible major free agents coming to the NY area. That in my mind would help basketball in our area and help the economy. So many people would benefit from this. I no longer hate on the Nets or any team. I believe in Kharma. I will push for the Knicks and that's it. Those are my boys through thick and thin. Let's stop hating on other teams. Let's focus on our team because we need to stay focused and rebuild. We need the fans to come support our team this season. It will mean much.

That is your opinion.

Their owner is now a shady Russian character. I wouldn't put it pass him to slide Jay-z a brief case full of cash.

Playing in Newark and living in Newark are two very different things.

I am pretty sure the Nets have pre-season games scheduled to be played in Newark.

Bonus points for the person who finds an image of Ron Glass as a demon in the 80s Twilight Zone episode "I of Newton" where his t-shirt says:

Nah, need the one that says Newark on it. It needs to materialize so we can use it to razz Nets fans.

Anyhow, here is the episode off Youtube, if someone wants to do a screen capture of it, and host it somewhere:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BoQ6ZC8EUQ0

It runs less than 10 minutes. Entertaining episode also.

You can see the first appearance of the shirt here:
