Is it possible?
Is it possible to win all 21 week match ups, but still miss the playoffs (assuming it's 6 playoff teams)? Say you win every week, but only by 5-4 in a 9 cat league (105 wins total). Anyone have any experience in this?

i doesn't seem possible, even winning like that would put you a good amount ahead of average teams.

It is possible, but extremely unlikely. It would mean (in a 12-team league) that the bottom 5 teams have to lose at least 3-6 every week in each matchup to a top 6-team. Assuming something like that and parity among the top 6 teams, you'd end up with with records like this:
109-80, 109-80, 109-80, 108-81, 108-81, 107-82, 105-84, 60-129, 60-129, 60-129, 59-130, 69-130
Bottom 5 teams have to be really bad.
