ESPN (Bears 14th, stayed the same)

It's now hard to remember how lousy Jay Cutler played in Week 1. (Chadiha)

CBS Sports (Bears 16th, Up 3 Spots)

The past two weeks we saw why they traded to get Jay Cutler. The kid can play, even if some, like my colleague Clark Judge, don't think he can.

Cliff Levingston thinks the upper/middle of the pack is about right. Wouldn't put us any higher than 10th, but also not any lower than 16th.

I really dont care where the stick us, so long we win the division then can have us at #32. It don't matter, the points up on the board for the BEARS don't lie.

We're calling a Polamalu less Steelers team whose only win with Polamalu was against a team that's 0-3?

We're calling a Seattle team that had 8 injured players, including their QB, tough?

The Bears lost to the Packers, then beat the Steelers because their kicker missed 2 field goals, and then beat the Seahawks because their defenders ran into each other on the touchdown scoring play.

Sorry to be so much of a Debbie Downer, but I do not believe in this Bears team.

Then dude, get the **** out. You act like we're not missing people? Because Brian Urlacher, and then Hunter Hillenmeyer is not anyone? Yeah okay. If you don't believe in this Bears team then you can go cheer for Denver or Cincinnati.

Its hard to get easy wins in the NFL. Especially if your team isn't a world beater. The NFL is such a close league that most teams are teetering between 5-11 and 11-5. This isn't college football, playing a team you were favored against in a close game doesn't mean you are bad.

I don't think the Bears have played their best football yet and we're 2-1 with a pretty easy schedule the rest of the way. We haven't looked good in the first 3 games but we've come out of it 2-1. So I'm happy with that.

Really dude? You're getting mad at me because I stated my honest opinion of the Bears?

When evaluating how good the Bears will be this season, I don't take into account that we're missing Brian Urlacher because he's out for the entire year.

Hillenmeyer we missed for half a game, and Roach did a fine job replacing him.

I don't know how you picked Denver and Cincinnati, but I will always root for the Bears. Didn't you ever have a season where at the Beginning you felt like the Bears were superbowl contenders and at some point during the season thought that they weren't anymore? I'm just saying how I feel and why I feel that way. Take a chill pill.

I don't think that the Bears are a bad team, I guess that I just overrated them going into the season.

I thought that a 9-7 team that added Jay Cutler, Pisa, 4 new o-lineman, and Marinelli would be an elite team. The Bears have not looked like an elite team so far and I don't believe that they will be an elite team this year.
