How funny is this. I mean finally someone came out and told this little itch to get his ish together starting with a haircut.

Lakers coach Phil Jackson asked guard Sasha Vujacic to trim his hair prior to training camp.

Vujacic complied with the request. Jackson is hoping that the new look will give the guard, who struggled last season, a fresh start this year.

"Last year, Sasha got injured on the first day of training camp and it literally limited him for three weeks. So he got off to a bad start and never recovered. So we've asked him to cut his hair and he did," Jackson told the Los Angeles Daily News.

"He's going to have a new look. I think it's a total fresh start. I think Sasha played with his hair more than he played on the court (last season)."

I vividly remember a play last season where the Lakers were on a fast break and Sasha or someone made a mistake like a turnover or missed layup and the other team got the ball and started pushing it up court, at that moment Sasha completely stopped to fix his hair (pushing it behind his ears) while everyone went blowing by him for an easy lay-up.

I couldn't believe it. I really hope he turns it around this year...because he just bugs me...I don't really like him, but he would be a lot easier to tolerate if he didn't suck all the time.

Last year Sasha spent more time playing w/ his hair then playing on the court.

Sasha is scared about the trim though

Look what happened to my Euro brother Vladameer. He stopped snow boarding cut his hair and then poof gone traded no ring. Machine cut hair and stop snow boarding must stay in LA. Ride coat tails and get many rings and come home hero and say suck it Euro coach. I am player coach now and you are cut.
