ESPN 360
So, because I have Cox high-speed internet here in Tucson, I have access to ESPN360.
I'm currently watching a replay of the WNBA Finals Game 1 (don't tell me who wins, I'm still watching it). They imply that there's a lot of live feeds, and the obvious question is if, at last, I don't have to find crappy Chinese feeds.
Anybody know?

Re: ESPN 360
Is 360 a paid service? Ever since ONE started showing HD games on TV life's been good. It'll be better if we could get more games from a decent source online too.

I don't know -- it came with my internets. I would guess so?

Re: ESPN 360
lol - im lucky to have access to a good illegal stream too
fishi - ESPN 360 will only be available to foxtel subscribers through their online downloading service which is free - in addition to the download service they are going to be streaming some channels direct and 360 is one of them - this should open the doors to many many many more online streams legally through fox
nbatv?

Re: ESPN 360
Oh damn, some of my mates dropped Foxtel since there are less NBA games shown and the HD games are shown on FTV now.
NBATV is a paid service isn't it? Or am I thinking of NBA broadband?
Are the Suns games in Phoenix on FTV?

What sucks about that is, even though Foxtel is making the shows available to download, which I also believe that its only for a period, which is watched on a Foxtel player, and the video expires after some time, but that you're going to have to use your own internet downloads to get the videos. In the end, it seems pointless to me, especially since you could blow your internet cap.

Re: ESPN 360
im on 100gig per month so all good here - I think the foxtel download is permanent. you have to watch within 30 days though thats correct. I understand them using their own media player otherwise all their material will be distributed even more freely online, i have my laptop which i take around when im away so ill download to that and then watch while im away. other than that, if im home then no need to download
but espn 360 is the biggest development for me, i stream most games online anyways so if there is a legal higher quality version then ill be stoked

Re: ESPN 360
Ahh, well 100gig a month, you would definitely be sweet. What i'm wondering though is, what games would be available, as that would really make me think if I could bother, like a select few per week as usual? Is there anything thing out that mentions something like this?

This isn't the highest quality site but it's decent quality and it's got pretty much every sport in the friekin world on it.

Couldn't find one for the local channel (45) though... anyone have any ideas if there's a constant stream for it? Almost every game is on there and there's no way I'm going local and becoming a Nuggets fan...

Re: ESPN 360
Hey this is way off topic, but thought I should put it out there since I had no idea, but for the guys in Australia, One HD tonight is showing I think Game 5 of the 1997 NBA Finals, Chicago v Utah.
Sorry if this shouldn't be here.

Yeah, apparently its for MJ, Admiral and Stockton being inducted into the HOF. Hopefully, there will be one other Utah game
