Bears 20, Lions 17. Stafford 24-33 for 270 yards and 2 TD's. Forte 24 carries for 87 yards. Earl Bennet 6 catches for 82 yards. Cutler 18-25 for 204 yards and a TD.
We put up 25 points in Qwest Field and we couldn't hear anything. We can only barely eek out a win in Soldier Field?
Stafford out gunning Cutler in Soldier Field, when he has poor accuracy down field? Cutler barely scratching 200 yards against one of the worst secondaries in the league? Against a team that has given up an average of 279 passing yards per game. Granted that's only out of a 3 game sample but a bottom dwelling pass defense isn't going to suddenly turn a new tide overnight.
Got lit up by Jason Campbell who has one of the slowest deliveries in the league, and is not good at adjusting to new reads because of it. Campbell might I add even with his mighty 73% or so accuracy was still missing wide open WR's in that game.
I don't see us only winning by 3 points. Maybe if this was in Ford Field. Not in Soldier Field. 8-10 points margin of victory seem more likely IMO.
